This is a permanent, senior leadership role for an energetic broker and is a unique opportunity to secure your future at a senior level. 


This role will suit an energetic, highly motivated senior mortgage broker who is looking to expand their career and join a fast paced, professional firm. You will be joining a reputable property investment client who currently allocates their leads to outside broking and fin planning services, in excess of 500 properties per anum.


With a high volume of dependable leads provided coming from our referral network, it's important that you are extremely reliable, ethical and hard working. You will be comfortable working in a senior capacity and you will be pivotal in helping to continue to grow this dynamic team over time. 

Requirements

  • Strong motivation to grow a business, lead by example, and manage and oversee a developing team of brokers and support staff
  • Extremely professional in your presentation and approach to clients
  • Clear understanding on how to manage your client's needs
  • Clear thinking self-starter who is organised, loves a challenge and can communicate effectively with all levels
  • Able to build strong relationships with clients and strategic referral partners
  • Eye for generating and converting new business opportunities into completed loan applications
  • Provide a high level of client service by effectively managing the client contact cycle
  • Motivated to keep up to date with industry changes and product offerings and continuous updating of your professional development areas
  • Regular interaction and liaison with banks and lenders as required
  • Strong interpersonal and client management skills
  • Strong time management and ability to manage a structured pipeline
  • Genuine enjoyment of helping people and understand that once a deal is done, your work doesn't stop there
