This opportunity will suit an enthusiastic, highly motivated receptionist who is looking for a stable, professional firm. This role encompasses reception, customer service and a range of administrative support duties. This position is at a junior - mid level and will suit someone who is hungry to learn and to add value to a highly reputable and family-friendly team.

You'll bring min 2-3 years Reception/Personal Assistant or admin support, ideally from a professional services environment, and you will enjoy being front and centre of a successful, fast paced office. Taking pride in having a reliable and honest approach to your work and maintaining a polished approach to customer service is essential.

As part of our client's front office, you must enjoy setting a good example for professionalism, reliability, and courtesy. If you don't enjoy a fast paced reception and all it has to offer, this will not be the right spot for you. This role will include a blend of standard receptionist functions, as well as some interesting and varied duties where required. 

Requirements

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your daily duties will include


  • Managing a busy phone switchboard
  • Ensuring our incoming callers and visitors receive the red carpet treatment
  • Meeting and greeting a high number of business clients and visitors
  • Coordinating functions, meetings and board room activities
  • Assisting internal administrative staff on customer service and support issues
  • Ensure office internal contact information is distributed and up to date
  • Undertake archiving and filing
  • Preparation of tea and coffee for visitors
  • General light admin duties
  • Mail collection
  • Running errands for a busy sales team
  • Other ad hoc duties
