  • A motivated receptionist looking for a part time role on the weekends close to the CBD. 


  • Provide Saturday reception support to a fast paced professional sales firm on Saturdays
  • Through the course of the day you'll also be undertaking a few administrative duties as required by the sales team, or filing and archiving work that have overflowed from the work week. 


  • Min 2-3 years reception or admin support experience from a professional services environment


  • Enjoy working in a fast paced sales office ensuring all callers and visitors are given a premium, polite and friendly service
  • You must enjoy setting a good example for professionalism, reliability, and courtesy


  • Saturdays only
  • Professional office, formal presentation essential
  • Bring your initiative, enthusiasm and bubbly personality to our office
  • Take pride in having a reliable and honest approach to your work
  • Some working knowledge of Excel is preferred but not essential

The option to cover permanent receptionist during absence or leave periods is available. Candidates who bring this flexibility will be viewed favourably.
