Local Bendigo travel required
Previous real estate sales experience essential 

Full time hours across Tuesday - Saturday

  • Bendigo area with monthly sales meetings in Melbourne

Our New Home Real Estate Sales Consultant will be coming on board at an exciting phase of our projects. Following up our property sales leads in a timely manner, you will be attending appointments with our qualified leads to discuss their property buying options.

  • Very competitive base salary plus unlimited commission 
  • Meet with customers to discuss our properties, answer their questions and run through the benefits of buying a property with us  
  • Full training and support is provided to ensure you are prepared, confident and highly competent by the time you start meeting with our clients. This orientation is essential to your success with us, it allows you the opportunity to settle in and create credibility quickly without landing in the deep end first 
  • Please note: immediately upon commencement, the successful candidate will be required to attend training in Melbourne  


  • Ability to work in a close knit, small team environment
  • Ability to work autonomously and unsupervised - you must have a mature mindest and be self motivated and reliable 
  • Previous sales history, preferably in on the road business development or external sales. 
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to deal effectively with a wide range of customers
  • A strong interest in real estate combined ideally with an existing understanding of property investment, ideally through personal experience. 
  • The willingness to work Saturdays to meet your client's availability
