Focus  |  This role will join a fast paced agency team close to the Melbourne CBD and will help our media team to coordinate media buying delivery across multiple platforms, old and new. 


Other key communication touchstones will include internal staff, third party partners and key media contacts. Blessed with a strong attention to detail you'll enjoy working in a fast turnaround, professional working environment where others have the same high standards that you do


Requirements

Ideal candidate | Coming from 2-3 yrs media agency background, you will have expert multi-tasking skills and the ability to have many processes and priorities happening at once. Effective management of your time is therefore vital, and you will need strong but friendly communication skills. You need to think on your feet and have the motivation to stay on top of every level of communication at all times. 


  • 2-3 years in an agency media buying, sales or coordinating role
  • A strong adherence to administration, process and systems is essential
  • A strong desire to be challenged by the demands of a fast-paced media environment
  • You must be able to manage a busy workflow and meet deadlines. Being proactively aware of discrepancies or necessary amendments is critical
  • Outstanding planning and organisational skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work and liaise effectively with multiple layers of the business. a friendly, cooperative and assertive nature will see you shine in this role
  • Motivation to constantly be looking for ways to improve not only your own work standards, but always be willing to offer assistance to your team mates in our pursuit of brand excellence
  • Excellent presentation skills, take pride in representing our brand with style and confidence 
  • Consistently advocate the brand and consistently set an example for the team through team player behaviours and business ethics
