In-Home Property Sales Consultant (Melbourne)
Part time 

Mon-Thur evenings, Sat mornings. 
Melbourne metro travel required

Previous sales experience essential


Our new part time In-Home Property Consultant will be joining a stable team of committed, ethical property professionals. We have a settled group of property investment staff who help others secure long term investment benefits.  


  • Full training on our service & products
  • 4 evenings a week Mon-Thur, plus half day Saturday
  • Visit our clients in their home. You must love people and be respectful/professional
  • We are an extremely successful team
  • Base salary plus high earning comms

Previous sales history, preferably in on the road business development or external sales. 


Requirements

  • Work Mon-Thur 6.30pm- 9.30pm, 10am-2pm Saturdays. You may be required to be available at other times however this is when the majority of your appointments will occur
  • Meet with customers in their home to assess their investment eligibility, answer their questions and run through the benefits of investing with your firm
  • Full training and support is provided to ensure you are prepared, confident and highly competent by the time you start consulting with our clients. This orientation is essential to your success with us, it allows you the opportunity to settle in and create credibility quickly without landing in the deep end first. 

Essential

  • A strong work ethic and the ability to deal effectively with a wide range of customers
  • A strong interest in real estate combined ideally with an existing understanding of property investment, ideally through personal experience. 
  • The willingness to work out of core business hours to meet your client's availability
