Candidate profile | This new role will suit a candidate with strong human resource administrator experience who enjoys contract administration, onboarding, training & compliance.  Candidates will need a solid understanding of various workplace relations information, including National Employment Standards and other Fair Work legislation to be considered for this position. Relevant human resource related qualifications are preferred.

Day to day

  • Oversee various human resource duties including new staff contracts, employee paperwork, onboarding, training & development and exit processes
  • Using premium HR software, manage leave entitlements, anniversaries, change in conditions etc
  • In conjunction with Finance, assist with payroll processes
  • In conjunction with line managers, assist with KPI development
  • Maintain OH&S processes and manage all associated processes
  • Give advice and support to line managers and business owners on various relevant aspects of performance management, training & development, exit strategies and processes
  • Ensure compliance across all legislated processes within a regulated industry, including police clearances, vehicle registration and licencing, finance certifications, and relevant position qualifications where relevant
  • Establish and oversee training and workplace development registers
