This role is a brilliant mix of customer service, administration and sales support to our friendly team of sales consultants. Strong and clear communication across both customers and internal sales specialists will be the key to your success. You will need highly competent attention to detail, foresight to avoid any scheduling clashes or impending issues across availability across all meeting parties, and an interpersonal style that allows you to build rapport quickly, both with our team and with our valued customers. 


  • Sales & Administration Support: Provide a range of sales support and administration process duties to a group of friendly and high performance sales team. Assist with filing and ensure the right documents are collated and ready for each appointment, and provide a range of other workflow assistance as required
  • Scheduling: coordinating all appointments and meetings across our sales teams and ensuring accuracy and timeliness across all bookings. Keep meeting room booking systems up to date, and ensuring that all meetings are recorded accurately both before and after the event 
  • Administration
  • Appointment setting: Reaching out as required to our customer database at the appropriate intervals to schedule internal meetings with our clients. You will require an effective sales approach to these calls in order to move customers through to required meetings with our internal sales specialists 

Requirements

  • Assist our property office in providing first class customer service to new and existing customers 
  • Maintain our meeting schedules and meeting room bookings
  • Follow up on existing customers to set appointments 
  • Strong customer service skills and previous sales support experience is essential
  • Impeccable verbal communication skills
  • Confident, assertive and friendly approach to your work 
  • Highly developed people and interpersonal skills including patience, dedication and respect for others
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced real estate oriented environment
