This is a brilliant role with a high profile, extremely successful construction, project marketing and building funding group. You will be exposed to a range of stakeholders including developers, builders, private land sellers and home buyers across Melbourne, regional Victoria and interstate. 


SNAPSHOT

  • Provide a range contract and sales administration support duties to a busy sales team
  • Assist with contract administration, sales data entry, customer support and stock list management
  • Assisting internal administrative staff with contract, customer service and support issues will ensure no two days are the same 
  • Document handling
  • Proposal and quotation comparisons Review and negotiate terms and conditions 
  • Subcontractor oversight, compiling subcontractor agreements, scope of works, tender packages, negotiating contract fees and conditions, reviewing quotes and preparation of final contract documents 
  • Managing subcontractor progress claims 

Requirements

  • Min 3 years team administration or sales administration support experience gained in a property environment
  • Strong understanding of residential construction and project marketing, existing dwelling and off the plan sales
  • Experience working with exclusive sales authorities and contract for sale
  • Enjoy working in a fast paced sales office ensuring the administration needs of the team are met
  • Working alongside a very productive team, you will enjoy being the go to person, and an expert on all things admin and customer support
  • Strong administration skills, including solid Excel skills are essential
  • Provide support across a range of other administrative duties across various sales and operational channels
  • At times assisting with marketing and a range of relevant advertising administration workflow
