CANDIDATE PROFILE 

  • 2-4 years in an agency or client side media buying or account management role
  • Expert multi-tasking skills and the ability to have many processes and priorities happening at once
  • Effective management of your time is vital
  • Strong but friendly communication skills
  • Think on your feet and have the motivation to stay on top of every level of communication at all times. 

SNAPSHOT

  • This role performs a pivotal function to effectively help our media team to coordinate media buying delivery across multiple platforms, old and new. Other key communication touchstones will include internal staff, third party partners and key media contacts.

ESSENTIAL 

  • Strong adherence to administration, process and systems
  • Strong desire to be challenged by the demands of a fast-paced media environment
  • Able to manage a busy workflow and meet deadlines
  • Being proactively aware of discrepancies or necessary amendments is critical
